Biovert CSR Policy
Among manvert's values is a firm commitment to being a socially responsible company. All the actions we carry out must be in line with our commitment to act with ethical behaviour, integrity and commitment to our customers, our team, our shareholders and society in general. Our Corporate Social Responsibility policy is based on equal opportunities, respect for the rights, training and safety of our team, as well as innovation and respect for the environment. The objectives linked to CSR are included within the general objectives of the company, with a special emphasis on customer satisfaction, non-infringement of the principles of the United Nations Global Compact, and employee satisfaction.

In 2015 the member states of the United Nations approved 17 goals as part of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development, a commitment that seeks collaboration between governments, the private sector and civil society.

We invest in technologies that help us produce sustainable solutions. The manvert team works actively for responsible waste management and we minimize waste generation. We create quality products for agriculture that help make it more sustainable.
Ethical channel
At Biovert we firmly believe in the importance of fostering a safe, ethical, equal and trustworthy environment for all our staff, customers and partners in general. For this reason, we have implemented a robust Ethics Channel, where any possible breach or irregularity in the organization can be reported, as described in Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.

We are signatories of the United Nations Global Compact, the world's largest voluntary corporate social responsibility initiative. In doing so, we publicly commit ourselves to accept the 10 universally accepted Principles to promote sustainable development in the areas of human rights, labor standards, environment and anti-corruption.
manvert’s team has participated in the first edition of Target Gender Equality, a program led by the United Nations Global Compact to promote the representation and leadership of women within companies.
Our company has signed the Diversity Charter of the Fundación para la Diversidad, a code to which companies and institutions of the European Union commit themselves to promote the fundamental principles of equality, inclusion and diversity.
